How CLT, Inc. is responding to COVID-19


We recognize the trust you place in us when we deliver printing supplies and service to your place of business. That’s why I want to share an update on the actions we are taking at CLT,Inc. to keep you – and our team members – safe amidst the COVID-19 outbreak. The safety of all is something we take incredibly seriously at CLT, Inc. We are listening to recommendations from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) as we strive to help protect our customers and our team members.

  • We are giving our team members facts about COVID-19 and reminding them to follow simple, but effective steps to keep them safe such as frequent hand washing and sanitizing. As always, we are encouraging our team members to take any signs of illness seriously and seek medical attention as needed.

  • We encourage you pass along the email address orders@cltinc.com to your employees working from home or remotely. If they reference your company name the supplies they need, and their remote address. CLT, Inc. will drop ship these supplies to their home and bill your companies active account..

  • At this time, COVD-19 has not impacted equipment, parts, and supplies availability. We recognize and appreciate the critical role we play in your business. We are currently implementing our contingency plans designed to help us continue to operate and limit any impact to your business– all while keeping safety at the forefront.

  • We continue to provide deliveries, support, and on-site service within impacted areas as national and local governments allow. Most technicians dispatch from their homes and are not dependent on local office and warehouse locations. If local operations are impacted, we will reach out to you. During this time, we understand you may not want visitors at your workplace. If these restrict on-site support, we encourage you to utilize our help desk and REMOTE SUPPORT OPTIONS by calling us at 864-488-9080 or emailing service@cltinc.com.
