How To Reset Xerox Supply Life Counters
The supply life counters must be reset when some supplies are replaced.
Login as the System Administrator. User Name is "admin" and the password is "1111"
Press the [Log In / Out] button on the Control Panel, enter the System Administrator login information, and then press [Enter].
Press the [Machine Status] button on the Control Panel. The Machine Status screen will be displayed on the Touch Screen.
Select the [Tools] tab.
Select the [Troubleshooting] button.
Select [Resets], and then use the arrow buttons to select [Supply Counter Reset].
Select the required supply item, and then select [Reset Counter].
Select [Reset] when the confirmation screen is displayed.
Select [Close].
Press the [Log In / Out] button on the Control Panel. The Logout screen will be displayed.
Select the [Logout] button on the Touch Screen to exit.
